New clients are advised to allocate an extra 10 minutes before the appointment to fill in our consent form and for a brief consultation.
Please come to your appointment with no make-up on. This includes foundation, BB cream, CC cream, eye shadow, eyeliner, mascara, etc.
We are not responsible for any allergic reactions. Please contact us if you have any underlying allergies/concerns.
Please do not bring any children as we do not offer any child minding services.
For minors under 18 years old, please contact us via phone or email. A parent/guardian must be present during the initial consultation.
Due to COVID-19 and the nature of the service, guests should not stay on the premises during the course of service(s).
We offer a 72-hour guarantee policy. Should there be any issues or concerns regarding the result please contact us within 3 days of the appointment to discuss the matter. Any repair/touch-up appointments must be made within 7 days of the original appointment. Any later than that, the normal touch-up/refill price applies due to overexposure to everyday wear and tear. The lash warranty is automatically voided for any touch-ups/refills from another lash salon.
The booking deposit is required to secure the appointment time. The booking deposit is to be paid when the online booking is made.
The booking deposit is transferable to the rescheduled appointment (see What is your cancellation policy?) and will be deducted from the total service charged on your appointment.
We do not offer refills from other technicians under normal circumstances. We offer removal with any new set for a removal fee.
Different pricing and timing are allocated to each touch-up/refill slot. Please book accordingly.
The 2-3 Week Touch-Up must be done within 21 days of the previous appointment. The 3-4 Week Touch-up must be done within 28 days of the previous appointment. An appointment made more than 28 days after the previous appointment will incur the New Set price.
Upgrading a touch-up/refill to a larger set will incur a $15 upgrade fee. This only applies to upgrades from Classic Half Set to Classic Full Set, 3D 4D Volume to 5D 6D Volume, 5D 6D Volume to Mega Volume.
A 20% surcharge applies for appointments after hours, Sundays, or on public holidays.
We do not offer a refund under any circumstances. We offer free removal or touch-ups under the lash warranty.
We understand that plans change, or other things might come up.
Clients are free to change/cancel their appointments up to 48 hours before their appointment time. For any changes made more than 48 hours before the appointment time, the booking deposit is refundable and transferable (valid up to 1 year).
Any changes or cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in the booking deposit being forfeited.
Please note that being up to 15 minutes late may result in a shorter service time or appointment slot.
If you are over 15 minutes late, this will be considered a "no-show". (See What happens if I don't show up to my appointment?)
Failing to show up to your appointment will be considered as a "no-show". No-show clients will be charged 100% of the booked service fee. (The booking deposit will be deducted from the total amount charged.)
No further bookings will be allowed until the balance is paid.
No-show clients are required to pay 50% of the service fee to secure any future appointments.
